I have used Bob’s Carpet Care about 4 times now – about once per year. Ryan cleaned my carpet the past couple times. He was just at my home for a pre-Thanksgiving cleaning. I was pleased with his conscientious attention to the details, especially the dirt tracked on the stairs by the family and pets. I like that they only clean with steam and do not add any scents or “deodorizers” . All I want to smell is “clean” i.e. no more doggy odor and no gaggy cover up scents. My only complaint is that I would like the technician to be more careful when moving the big hoses around my wood furniture so that the finish does not rubbed. Ryan was polite and businesslike with a great attitude. The carpet looks great. I would definitely use them again and I will. Thank you.
